Freedom is a promise
A promise of a life of choices
Being able to leave the cage
To go do what you choose
Freedom is like the dove flying high in the sky
Going where you want
When you want
However this promise isn’t kept for all
All deserve freedom
Most are promised freedom
Few are given freedom
The ones given it are lucky
The ones who aren’t given freedom
Deserve it equally
